Refund Policy

No refund policy is in effect, due to no shows and late arrivals.  Please ensure you are on time.  First time clients - please be there 10 minutes before appointment.  The booking can be cancelled or changed within reason and your funds paid be will transferred over to the next appointment.  Failure to show up will result in no refunds as part of terms and conditions upon booking appointment.
